Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy
This is one of the most cutting-edge, relevant forms of individual therapy. This form of treatment takes from multiple other trauma processing modalities and brings them altogether for a total, comprehensive healing experience. It is evidenced based, proven, experiential and relies strongly on feeling a safe and strong bond with your therapist.

Types of Services Offered.....
Somatic Therapy and Parts Work/IFS
Somatic therapy or body-based therapy is exactly that...focus on the body! Healing not only happens from the neck up but ALSO the neck down! I utilize various techniques from my own extensive training to safely incorporate the body into the healing process. Internal Family Systems or, Parts Work, I have found pairs beautifully with somatic work. IFS, pulls from the understanding that we all have various "parts of self" that can come into conflict with one another and cause internal suffering and external conflict.

Emotion Focused Individual
Therapy/Attachment Therapy
Grounded in Attachment Theory, EFIT is an experiential form of therapy, in which core negative emotions and harmful self narratives are broken down with the therapist, so that these beliefs and stories may be dismantled and restructured. This form of treatment also relies strongly on a trusting and safe bond with your therapist, so that newer and more helpful beliefs about self may truly be integrated and alleviate suffering.
